Terms & Conditions

  1. Convenience Fee: A 4% convenience fee will be applied to cover transaction fees.

  2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours.

  3. Court Availability: Courts are available exclusively for lessons and court rentals between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  4. Court Rental Parties: Players who are part of a court rental party cannot join games on drop-in courts without paying the drop-in fee. If any members of a court rental party are found playing on a non-reserved court, the entire group will be charged for the rental of that court.

  5. Court Rental Time: Court rental times are strictly enforced. Players are encouraged to arrive early for check-in and stretching. However, any playtime outside of the scheduled rental period will incur additional charges in 30-minute increments.

  6. Drop-in Court Availability: Court availability outside of scheduled rental times is not guaranteed. During drop-in hours, at least three courts are available, but wait times may occur, especially during busy periods.
